Ross has served as an Executive Director for eight years, with a career spanning seventeen years in the senior living industry, starting as an Activity Director and advancing into Sales Roles. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Management from the University of Alabama and has been a licensed Assisted Living Administrator since 2015, with expertise in Alabama and Tennessee regulations.
Ross is also an alumnus and cheerleader for the University of Alabama. In his free time, he enjoys activities by the lake, follows Alabama sports, and spends time with his dog, Hank.
Karon McLain
Director of Sales
Meet Karon, a seasoned professional with over two decades of expertise in healthcare sales and a strong background in geriatric care. Holding the titles of both a Registered Respiratory Therapist and a Certified Case Manager in the state of Alabama, Karon brings a wealth of knowledge and dedication to her work.
Beyond her career, Karon finds joy in her leisure pursuits, which include being an avid supporter of Alabama football and indulging in the pleasures of shopping. Her multifaceted background and passion for healthcare make her an invaluable asset to our team.

Vanessa Harris is our Director of Dining Services at Proveer at Grayson Valley, with over 20 years of experience in the food industry. She’s a proud mother and enjoys quality time with her family, including her cherished Pit Terrier, Stella. Vanessa is known for her community spirit, fostering strong bonds with residents and colleagues. In her leisure time, she’s a fan of classic films. Vanessa Harris brings both culinary excellence and a warm community spirit to Grayson Valley.
Kelvin Lynch

Kelvin Lynch is the Director of Maintenance at Proveer at Grayson Valley. With nearly two decades of dedicated service, Kelvin brings a wealth of experience to his role. He is a devoted family man, married for 15 years with five children, and enjoys spending quality time with residents and colleagues. Outside of work, Kelvin’s interests include hunting, fishing, and cherished moments with his family.
Latrice Hines
Business Office Manager
Latrice Hines comes to Proveer at Grayson Valley with 17 years of Professional Management and HR experience. She is passionate about people, especially seniors, and says serving them with a spirit of excellence is a great honor.
Latrice believes in team building, fostering lasting relationships, and creating a healthy work atmosphere for all to excel at their potential. She loves spending time with her two beautiful children, family, and friends in her free time.
Julie Donaldson
Life Enrichment Coordinator
Julie Donaldson has served Grayson Valley for the past seven years as Life Enrichment Coordinator, demonstrating a sincere passion for both the residents and her colleagues. With a 55-year marriage to her husband Harry, Julie is a proud mother of three sons: Les, Jay, and Seth. She also treasures her role as a grandmother to one grandson, Ethan, and two granddaughters, Julia and Audrey.
Julie’s professional journey includes previous positions in the insurance industry, a rewarding 14-years as a stay-at-home parent, and a successful career as a buyer for Montclair, Princeton, and the first paid buyer for medical east. She later served as the head receptionist for Dr. Earl Stradman’s practice for 12 years until its closure. Her current role as the Life Enrichment Coordinator, serving both at her current workplace and as a volunteer at Pinson Baptist Church, brings her immense joy and fulfillment. Julie considers herself truly blessed to be a part of this community and relishes every moment in her current role.
